By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Unsolicited automated scans conducted without such contact are not authorized and do not constitute valid notice of any claimed infringement.

All third-party assets (including typefaces) used on this Site are used pursuant to a good-faith understanding of applicable licensing terms.

5. Enforcement
The Site owner reserves the right to pursue any and all legal remedies available against parties who access or scan the Site in violation of these Terms, including under applicable computer-misuse, trespass-to-chattels, or unfair-competition laws.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ticino, Switzerland.
