Behind Closed Diors

Behind Closed Diors

Christian Dior is one of the most iconic fashion houses in the world. When Dior and style icon Olivia Palermo partnered on a collaboration, they wanted a social film that went beyond the typical influencer deliverable — something that brought audiences inside the Haute Couture atelier and the Dior Heritage archives in Paris.

I directed this social-first film, which offered a rare glimpse into Dior’s Haute Couture atelier, the Dior Heritage archives, and the seasonal runway show. Featuring Maria Grazia Chiuri (Dior Creative Director), Olivia, and members of the Atelier, the piece showcased Olivia's experience exploring Dior's heritage. We had just one week to plan the overall creative and video direction, and another week for post-production. The compressed timeline meant we needed an efficient, social-first workflow while meeting the high expectations of Dior and Olivia Palermo Group. The film launched on Olivia and Dior's social media channels, earning over 333,000 views in one day on her post alone. It became the first major touchpoint in her Dior partnership, which continues to this day.

RTW FW 19

Luxury Ready-To-Wear

A digital campaign series translating Jonathan Anderson's Fall/Winter 2019 ready-to-wear collection from runway to web and social. The collection — shown on a plush white carpet scattered with mountain-like rocks at London Fashion Week — was Anderson's most stripped-back in years, described by the designer as "grounded, a bit mineral-like," focused on British texture and what he called "awkward elegance."

The campaign extended that material focus across a series of short films. Each look was paired with atmospheric element shots — fabric close-ups, lighting details, and textural studies of the pleating, knitwear, and layered constructions central to the collection. The result was a coherent visual ecosystem in which the silhouettes from the show, the textures of the textiles, and the mood of the presentation coexisted across digital and social formats, rather than as isolated runway captures.

I directed this 4-part digital campaign series that translated Jonathan Anderson’s FW 19 collection from the runway to web and social. A visual ecosystem where the silhouettes, the textiles, and the mood of the presentation lived together across all digital formats rather than as isolated runway captures.

MINE77 RTW

People, Planet, Sport

Burton is a family-owned house founded by Jake Burton Carpenter in 1977, guided by a commitment to people, planet, and sport. Across nearly fifty years, it has built a portfolio spanning technical outerwear and premium ready-to-wear, with its own material innovation and visual language.

In 2020, I was invited to join the brand full-time to help revamp and revitalize their approach to video and content production across all marketing initiatives. Over the course of 5+ years, I led campaign strategy, creative direction, and production for a myriad of ready-to-wear and outerwear campaigns, documentaries, social content series, visual retail experiences, internal productions, IRL activations, and ecommerce initiatives.

Analog RTW

AG is Burton's premium ready-to-wear line, born in the '90s. RTW built for the city and the mountain with equal weight.

Inside a brand defined by snowboarding heritage, AG needed its own register: more design-centered, contemporary fashion than core winter outerwear.

The answer was to stage the collection in dystopian, architectural worlds and reposition how AG was perceived within the brand. I led creative, strategy, and video direction for each campaign across 4 seasons; from Finland, Burton’s HQ, and Halifax to an Extended Reality studio in New Hampshire.

A global platform stewarded from the FW22 relaunch through FW23, FW24, and FW25, across four campaign films and a full-length action film as the cultural anchors.

Zeb Powell x Burton

A product launch framed as a maker's story. When Burton partnered with Zeb Powell on his first signature collaboration, the campaign needed to feel as personal as the object itself.

I led creative and video direction built around Zeb at Burton's manufacturing facility in Burlington, Vermont, where he was designing and pressing the very first board off the line. The concept put process at the center rather than the finished product: hands on the materials, using the hydraulic press, and his in-person influence.

MINE77 RTW

MINE77 is the line Burton’s late Founder Jake Burton Carpenter built for himself, focused on the advanced materials, tech, and details he cared about most. Since his passing in 2019, it's been carried forward as Burton's most personal expression.

The challenge: treat the new campaign with the register it deserves — not just a seasonal product drop, but a story with a founder and his legacy behind it.

The answer was to make the places Jake loved the subject of the campaign, not only the product.

Creative direction and video direction for a multi-season platform, released globally across North America, South America, Europe, and APAC.

Two collections a year, conceptualized and directed across film, retail, .com, and social.

Fashion Weeks

Olivia Palermo has built one of the most recognizable personal brands in fashion. She is a genuine style authority with deep relationships across the industry's biggest houses. Her team needed a director and editor who could move at a high pace while producing content with real cinematic quality.

I collaborated with Olivia and her team on a series of social-first films covering her experiences at Couture Week, New York Fashion Week, Milan Fashion Week, a collaboration with Dress for Success, and more — focused on the fittings, the shows, the in-between moments that define Fashion Week beyond the runway.

Sustainable Luxury

1 Hotels is a luxury hospitality brand built on the idea that environmental stewardship and world-class design belong in the same sentence. Reclaimed materials, living walls, locally sourced everything, and a sense of place that resists the polished sameness of the global hotel category. Their Brooklyn Bridge property is the brand's flagship in New York.

I led a digital campaign series for several of their NYC & Toronto properties — a collection of short films that moved through the hotel's design language, the reclaimed wood, the natural textures, and the views across the East River toward Manhattan, paired with quieter portraits of how guests inhabit the space. The work was designed to live across web, social, and brand channels as a coherent atmospheric portrait rather than a sequence of standalone assets.

SOLK is built on shoe-making heritage and a bold vision: designed on purpose, built to last, and Made to Fade. Beautiful in their first life, generous in their second.

I created a 100% AI-generated campaign for SOLK featuring their biocircular Fade 201 leather shoe. All assets were generated using Runway AI and post-processed in DaVinci Resolve.

Paved

Red Bull doesn't just sponsor the world’s top athletes, but it builds platforms for them to tell their own stories. When Zeb Powell and the rest of the Red Bull team wanted to make a film about their influence on snowboarding, Red Bull and Burton came together to produce Paved.

I joined the production as cinematographer, spending a month embedded in the backcountry of Japan with Zeb, Maria Thomsen, Ylfa Rúnarsdóttir, and Takeru Otsuka. The film premiered with a global tour of 75+ cities — including New York, Tokyo, Milan, Beijing, Innsbruck, and Zürich — and was named Film of the Year at the iF3 Film Festival in 2025.

Additionally, I created a behind-the-scenes featurette with the Red Bull team, Meet the Pavers.
